Meet Martie

Welcome! I'm Martie, a California-based metal artist, and I've been creating custom sculptures since 2012. What started as a passion project in my garage has grown into a full-time labor of love that brings me joy every single day.

Every piece I create is truly one-of-a-kind. I hand-cut each sculpture from recycled steel using a plasma cutter, then carefully shape, weld, and finish it with custom staining and patina techniques. No molds, no mass production — just my hands, my tools, and my vision.

My inspiration comes from the natural beauty all around me — the sunflowers swaying in my garden, the ocean creatures along the California coast, the wildlife that visits my yard. I believe art should bring joy and connection, and I pour that belief into every sculpture I create.
